Refund & Cancellation

1. Our Commitment
At Revive Detailing, we dedicate significant time and resources to ensure your vehicle receives the highest standard of care. Because our services require blocking out large portions of our daily schedule, last-minute cancellations significantly impact our business. We have designed this policy to be as fair as possible to both our clients and our team.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible. Our refund structure is based on the notice provided:
- More than 48 hours notice: You are entitled to a full 100% refund, or you may reschedule your appointment at no extra cost.
- 24 to 48 hours notice: You are entitled to a 50% refund. Alternatively, you may reschedule your appointment to a future date without penalty.
- Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are strictly non-refundable, as we cannot fill that time slot at such short notice.
3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
If you are running late, please contact us immediately. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may not have sufficient time to complete your package before our next client. In this scenario, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment without a refund, or modify the service to fit the remaining time without a price reduction. Complete no-shows will forfeit their entire upfront payment.
4. Cancellations by Revive Detailing
In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, illness, or severe facility issues), you will be given the option to reschedule with priority booking or receive a full 100% refund immediately.
5. Service Quality Guarantee
We pride ourselves on our attention to detail. However, detailing is subjective. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service provided, you must notify us upon collection of your vehicle or within 24 hours of completion. We do not offer partial refunds for completed services, but we will gladly rectify any issues or missed areas free of charge if they fall within the scope of the package you purchased.
6. Refund Processing
All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used via our secure payment processor (Stripe). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your card issuer.
7. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly using the details below. Time-stamps on emails or voicemails will be used to determine your notice period.
